Sixteen students sit in a classroom reading the study notes and power point slides. Teacher Luise Merbach gives students last minute hints about the test that is about to start – it’s the last day of the summer school course, and the students must show what they’ve learnt in the last four days.
Hendrik Wistuba is a happy man. He studies international business in Saimaa UAS and has just found out about the 2000 euro scholarship he’s received from Finnish trade organization Fintra.

When Katja Kapanen started her master studies at the Saimaa University of Applied Sciences her main goal was to learn English and business. The International Business Management (IBM) program was an excellence choice to do that.
Non-EU/EEA students are subject to tuition fees. The fees will take effect on 1 January 2017.
The annual tuition fee for students in Bachelor´s degree programmes is 4 300 e/year, for students in Master´s degree programmes 5 100 e and for double degree students 3 100 e.
The student can apply for a scholarship to cover the tuition fee.
